Payment information

Our checkout gives the option of paying by BACs (preferred), credit card, Paypal or sending a cheque or postal order If we do not recieve payment or you have not contacted us within 7 days we will cancel your order.

Our website uses Sagepay as a secure card handler.

We do not see your credit card details.

IF you pay by card we will use an enhanced fraud investigation service to examine details provided. If you use a different delivery address to the billing address we may delay your order until our security company reports back.

We are not a cash and carry. Our staff are unable to deal with visitors

Customers cannot collect orders unless by prior appointment.

Delivery charges and information

 We use a variety of carriers and Royal Mail. We try to select the best option available and do not profit on carriage charges. 

Our system will calculate and charge ESTIMATED prices to Ireland and The IOM. The price to these areas may will be subject to revision after we have looked at the order. If this is the case we will contact you.

WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO SHIP TO THE CHANNEL ISLANDS

For parcels over 2Kg we use a carrier service. This service will normally take 24 hrs from the time of collection from our warehouse.

Note that this time will not include weekends and bank holidays.

To avoid missed deliveries and help him find properties a contact phone number is required. If our carrier is unable to deliver he will leave a card. If you do not call them to arrange a delivery or fail to "be in" when they do try to redeliver, the order will be returned to us. We will apply another carriage charge if you wish us to resend.

If you do not wish us to resend we will refund you minus our costs incurred

We charge carriage based on weight and on postcode as shown below. Our website will calculate the weight of your order.

We are able to deliver orders over £125 excl VAT, free of charge to the UK mainland south of the Highlands.

We usually dispatch orders within 2 days of funds clearing.

We will e.mail you when your order has been dispatched, it should arrive within 3 to 5 working days. If it has not arrived 5 days after dispatch please advise us by e.mail at info@andersonswholesale.co.uk

If your parcel has not arrived when expected please check that it has not been left with your receptionist, caretaker or doorman.

If you are still unable to locate your parcel then we might be able to assist you using the tracking system.

Our carrier will report back when a parcel is delivered and we are able to tell you who has signed for it.
