PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SITE IS INTENDED FOR USE BY THE TRADE AND BULK BUYERS. WE ARE NOT RETAILERS.
- By asking us to accept a verbal order, you are deemed to have read and accept these same Terms and Conditions.
- All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Where applicable, VAT will be added to your final order and any delivery charge. Please see our FAQs page for UK and international delivery rates and VAT on international orders.
- An invoice will be sent by email when your order is dispatched and/or upon request, which will show the VAT element of the total order incuding the VAT element of the delivery charge.
- Your goods, if being delivered to a UK address, will usually arrive within 2 working days of the dispatch date - 3-4 days for UK highland and island addresses. The time taken to deliver international orders can vary.

If we have made a mistake in pricing or quantities we will contact you advising you of the error and offer you the chance to decline the purchase. In such a case, if your card has already been debited we will refund you. If you discover on receipt that any items ordered are not as you imagined, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements further.
- Sometimes we may be out of stock of one or more lines. We may at our discretion, substitute a line with a similar product and endeavour to contact you before doing to to discuss the substitute item. If we substitute a product and you are not satisfied when it arrives please contact us and we will try to resolve any issues you may have.

We try to use images of the stock supplied, or will indicate where possible that the product may differ from that shown. All measurements are given as a guide only. If a product varies from that shown, we will advise you by email before completing your order. All goods offered carry the appropriate CE mark.

All deliveries must be signed for. Our carrier will deliver only to the address shown on the parcel. If you are not in, a card will be left asking you to contact the carrier. If the carrier is not contacted, and if we are aware of this we will try our best to contact you. If this fails the goods will be returned to us. If returned then you will receive a refund, but we may keep a £10 restocking charge and any carriage paid.

If any products are found to be faulty, please call us within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Outside of this time we are unable to exchange or refund the items. We may ask that any goods received and considered to be faulty are returned to us for inspection at the customers cost and on inspection, if they are found to be at fault then the item will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our descretion.
However, if an item you have ordered is felt not to be as described or not suitable for the
purpose for which it was bought, at our discretion only, it may be returned at your cost.
We will, providing it is returned as supplied and undamaged, offer you a credit note to the
value of the item. If you wish to return an item, please call us to discuss it and then
confirm your request by email. Confirmation that you wish to return an item must be made by
email within 2 days of receipt of your goods.
We reserve the right not to accept seasonal goods for return. Any goods returned
must be in perfect condition and in the origina, undamaged packaging. We do not credit
postage or carriage charges paid on items returned.
- We will not be held responsible for any costs or losses caused by late delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order without giving any reason for our decision.
