Payment information Our checkout gives the option of paying by BACs (preferred), credit card, Paypal or sending a cheque or postal order. Our website uses Protx as a secure card handler. We do not see your credit card details. We are not a cash and carry. Our staff are unable to deal with visitors Customers cannot collect orders unless by prior appontment. Delivery charges and information For parcels over 2Kg we use the Parcel Force 48 service. This service will normally take 48 hrs from the time of collection from our warehouse. Note that this time will not include weekends and bank holidays. If you need your goods in a hurry, please contact us as we can sometimes offer next day delivery. Our carrier is instructed to deliver to the address given only, To avoid missed deliveries and help him find properties a contact phone number is required. We charge per carton. Each carton can weigh up to 30kg or 25KG as indicated below. The price we charge per carton is based on postcode as shown below. Our website will calculate the weight of your order. If you only require a small order we maybe able to send using Royal Mail. We are able to deliver orders over £125 excl VAT, free of charge to the UK mainland south of the Highlands. Please follow this guide to select this option in the delivery section of checkout. We will e.mail you when your order has been dispatched, it should arrive within 3 to 5 working days. If it has not arrived 5 days after dispatch please advise us by e.mail at info@andersonswholesale.co.uk If your parcel has not arrived when expected please check that it has not been left with your receptionist, caretaker or doorman. If you are still unable to locate your parcel then we might be able to assist you using the tracking system. Parcel Force report back when a parcel is delivered and we are able to tell you who has signed for it.
