Terms & Conditions

Users of this site are bound by the following terms and conditions.

  • By clicking on the “Next” button to submit your Order on the Checkout Screen, you are offering to purchase goods at the stated price, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

  • All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT where applicable, will be added to your final order. Delivery within the UK will be charged at the rate indicated. See delivery for rates.

  • Goods will normally be sent within 3 working days from date of order (once funds have cleared). In the event of a delay, we shall aim to inform you as soon as possible.

  • A binding Contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your Order has been accepted. If we have made a mistake in pricing or quantities we will contact you advising you of the error and offer you the chance to decline the purchase. In such a case if your card has already been debited we will refund you. If you discover on receipt that any items ordered are not as you imagined, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements further.
  • We accept payment by BACs, cheque, credit cards and Pay Pal .
  • Credit card payments are handled through a secure, 128Bit encrypted site. All payment details will be kept secure. Credit card transactions are handled by PROTX Merchant Services. We do not see details of any card. We reserve the right to carry out further security checks where necessary.
  • We try to use images of the stock supplied, or will indicate where possible that the product may differ from that shown. All measurements are given as a guide only. If a product varies from that shown, we will advise you by e.mail before completing your order. All goods offered carry the appropriate CE mark.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to accept any Order without giving any reason for our decision.
  • All deliveries must be signed for. Our carrier will deliver only to the address shown. If you are not in, a card will be left asking you to contact the carrier. If the carrier is not contacted, goods will be returned to us. If returned then you will receive a refund, but we will keep a £10 restocking charge and any carriage paid.
  • Any shortages or damages must be reported by e.mail within 2 working days of goods received.
  • If an item has been damaged in transit, compensation will have to be pursued directly with the courier service used. We will do all we can to assist with any recovery but will not be liable for any loss.
  • Any goods received and considered to be faulty must be returned to us for inspection at the customers cost. On inspection, if they are found to be at fault then the item will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our descretion.
  • We are a wholesaler supplying trade customers. Transactions are not subject to The Distant Selling Regulations
  • These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
