All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT where applicable, will be added to your final order. Delivery within the UK will be charged at the rate indicated. See delivery for rates. Rates for delivery shown and those shown in the checkout inc VAT. An invoice will be sent when your order is dispatched and/or upon request that will show the VAT element of the total order incuding the vat element of the delivery charge.

A binding Contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your Order has been accepted. If we have made a mistake in pricing or quantities we will contact you advising you of the error and offer you the chance to decline the purchase. In such a case if your card has already been debited we will refund you. If you discover on receipt that any items ordered are not as you imagined, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements further.
- Sometimes we may be out of stock of one or more lines. We may at our discretion substitute a line with a similar product. If we substitute a product and you are not satisfied when it arrives contact us and we will try to resolve any issues you may have.

Credit card payments are handled through a secure, 128Bit encrypted site. All payment details will be kept secure. Credit card transactions are handled by PROTX Merchant Services. We do not see details of any card used on the site. We reserve the right to carry out further security checks where necessary.

We try to use images of the stock supplied, or will indicate where possible that the product may differ from that shown. All measurements are given as a guide only. If a product varies from that shown, we will advise you by e.mail before completing your order. All goods offered carry the appropriate CE mark.

All deliveries must be signed for. Our carrier will deliver only to the address shown on the parcel. If you are not in, a card will be left asking you to contact the carrier. If the carrier is not contacted, and if we are aware of this we will try our best to contact you. If this fails the goods will be returned to us. If returned then you will receive a refund, but we will keep a £10 restocking charge and any carriage paid.

We may ask that any goods received and considered to be faulty are returned to us for inspection at the customers cost. On inspection, if they are found to be at fault then the item will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our descretion

As a trade to trade supplier we are not bound by the distant selling regulations to accept returns, however if an item you have ordered is not suitable it can be returned at your cost and we will, providing it is as supplied, refund you. If you wish to return an item e.mail us and we will tell you how to do so.
