Delivery before Christmas
The very latest time by which to place an order for delivery before Christmas is 3pm on Monday the 21st of December, where orders are being delivered to a UK mainland, non highland address. Please call for advice for delivery lead times to the UK highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and overseas addresses.
Please note we and our carriers APC do not guarantee delivery before Christmas. Unforeseen delays including high volumes of orders being placed, the courier networks being very busy, severe weather conditions, traffic accidents and roadworks or customers not being available at delivery addresses may delay or prevent delivery being made.
By accepting your order prior to Christmas, we cannot be held responsible or liable for delivery not being made before your required date of delivery, and cannot compensate for or any loss incurred through this, or any inconvenience caused.
We therefore recommend ordering by 3pm on Friday the 18th of December to allow extra delivery time.
Christmas opening hours
Our lovely colleagues all work incredibly hard all year round but especially so in the lead up to Christmas! To give them a well deserved rest and time with family and friends over the festive period, we close on Christmas Eve until the New Year. We endeavour to answer emails whilst we are closed, but cannot always guarantee this.
