Please note at however, at this incredibly busy time of year, unfortunately both we and our carriers CANNOT guarantee any delivery dates, including our usual next working day service. Most deliveries do still arrive next working day, but do please allow extra time when ordering.

All couriers networks are handling incredibly high volumes of deliveries and because of this and other unforeseen delays  - which may include adverse weather conditions, road traffic accidents or simply customers not being in when a delivery is attempted, your delivery time cannot be guaranteed.  

We therefore strongly recommend ordering at least 5 days before your required delivery date for UK mainland addresses and that you allow a minimum of 7 days lead time for deliveries to UK highlands, islands and Northern Ireland. Lead times for export orders vary, please contact us for information. 

By accepting your order prior to Christmas, we cannot be held responsible or liable for delivery not being made in time for your events or required date and cannot compensate for any loss incurred through this, or any inconvenience caused.

We do not offer refunds for unwanted orders or orders that are not delivered by your required time. Please also see our terms and conditions regarding this.

Please ensure someone is always available all day at the specified address all day when arranging delivery. 

If you are not in when your delivery is attempted, due to the extra time it would, take it's very unlikely the couriers will attempt to leave your order with a neighbour. They will not re-attempt delivery and you will need to contact the couriers to rearrange a new delivery date. This may result in delays and possibly a re-delivery fee will be charged. 

 We advise ordering on or ideally before Wednesday 17th December for the best possiblity of delivery before Christmas. The very latest time by which to place an order in December for orders being delivered to a UK mainland, non highland address is Monday 20th December. Please note this does NOT guarantee delivery before Christmas.
